Even as sellers pull their properties off the market at an aggressive pace, it’s not enough to offset the drop in demand.
The months of inventory is growing at an incredible pace since FOMO is gone and institutional buyers trying to do quick flips have dried up.
There’s zero chance house prices nationally from June 2022 to June 2023 YoY will be higher. More like 8-12% lower. . . just an opinion!
