Los Angeles is home of some of the most beautiful and most luxurious mega mansions and view estates in the country. Real Estate investors and wealthy people come here and park boat loads of money in these prime communities to enjoy the best that LA has to offer.

These mansions have held their value for many generations and many would think that these mansions would hold their values for many generations to come.. However now they are proposing a new bill that would force all of these homes to essentially become worthless.

You could not rebuild your property once if falls down or is destroyed in a fire.. So you invest your money and then eventually you know that the home will only be worth the value of a useless piece of land.

The questions remains.. How will these neighborhoods preform in the years to come if this bill gets passed?

This is the perfect type of bill, that fits in with the left’s this playbook, to divide people, and pit the rich against the middle class and in the end, the State ends up owning all real estate! I suspect that many will overlook the fact that if this passes in LA, it will be just a matter of time (weeks) before similar zoning bills are passed throughout California!

What about all the homes throughout Southern California that have direct ocean views and or are built on bluffs along the ocean? Personally, I can see this exact same legislation affecting these types of homes.

Who would ever want to buy a property that if it’s damaged they can’t rebuild? For if it’s in dire need of remodeling, they can’t do that either, because of crazy leftist zoning restrictions?
