Real Estate Drone

This is the latest video in a series about my use of an aerial drone for marketing San Diego real estate.

As this video explains, the average Realtor does not have to use a drone to achieve aerial video or photos of their latest listing. The use of a relatively less expensive radio controlled model, without the feedback of a live video signal is really all that necessary.

Keep in mind, I know I’ve said this a number of times, unless you are a hands-on person, it may be far easier to hire a drone video photographer than to buy your own, and spend the time in learning how to use it correctly.

Today, in our high-tech world. I believe to properly market of high-end property, especially one on a large lot or with a great view, the use of aerial photography, and video, is not really an option, but necessity.

Lastly, I like to say that by taking one of these video quadcopters to a listing appointment will greatly enhance the probability of you receiving the listing, by impressing the seller with your aerial photography high-tech solution for marketing their property.
