According to a recent report released by Meyers research, San Diego ranks 9 out of 28 markets for multifamily and investment. Also Portland Oregon moved into the top tier in this survey during the second quarter of the year. The survey is based upon low vacancies, high rental rates and construction activity in each area.
According to the survey, the number one ranked city for apartment investing was San Francisco California!
