My name is (edited for out) and I'm a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in Palm Beach County, Florida (licensed & working full-time since 2000). As you probably, we are experiencing the same value declines in our market and increase of homes for sale. Palm Beach County currently has a 23.9 month inventory of homes on the market. Average days on the market is four to six months. Is there any type of marketing that you find is working well in your market to attract buyers? I believe most areas of the country where home values went up double digits for the 2000 to 2005 period are now all in decline. Not just San Diego and Florida but, Boston, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, and many cities in Arizona to name a few. San Diego DUI lawyers
