  3. I’m not a financial professional….but I’ll tell you what I’ve witness here in North Las Vegas, Nevada. You can purchase a house in a decent family neighborhood for cash. From 50k to 80k. A 3 bedroom/2 bath house. A few minor repairs and turn it into a rental. $900 to $1,200 for rent. Makes for a positive cash flow. A lot of former home owners are now renters.
