Biden’s Infrastructure Bill limits single-family zoning – The End of Single-Family Homes!

It would seem the Biden administration wants to build complexes in rural areas to dilute those more Republican areas with Democrat voters…it is about redrawing the districts to gain more power.

Single Family Zoning is NOT racist. The argument that only the people with a certain sum of money can afford to live in a certain neighborhood does not exclude anyone by race.

End of Single-Family Homes

If you cannot afford something, choose something else. Simply being alive does not entitle you or guarantee you that you will have all the riches of the other person. Sometimes hard work on your part is what gets you there, not whining, picketing, or having it handed to you by the Democratic government. One question, when you have converted all the single family homes to four units on each lot….where is everyone supposed to park?

Do you really want to leave zoning up to the federal government? Don’t local people have a better handle on what fits their location? I can see the FBI going around giving tickets for your neighbor turning his house into a junk business. Not. Also, more leverage for them to allocate your tax dollars to their special programs instead of maintaining roads, etc.
