For San Diego home prices, the S&P/Case-Shiller index showed change of -0.23% from May and 4.59% from one year ago. Does this indicate that the San Diego real estate market may be cooling off? Well, it’s really too early to say for sure until we see what the September Case Shiller index reports. bbut, with that said, I don’t think it’s a good sign that in the hottest seasonal. For real estate sales case Shiller showed that San Diego home prices were actually off  by a modest quarter of a percent.
