San Diego Home Prices Gain
The latest S&P Dow Jones Indices for February 2015 show that home prices continued their rise across the country over the last 12 months.
Home resale values rose 5.1 percent from January 2014 to January 2015. The pace is down from the 19.4 percent annual growth seen in January 2014.
San Diego County home appreciation has hovered between 4.5 percent and 5.1 percent since September.
Another real-estate trend tracking firm, CoreLogic DataQuick, reported that in January the median single family home sold in the county for $472,000, up 6.7 percent over the year.
