Our unique visitors for October 2015.
The above chart shows that for October this site www.brokerforyou.com had 31,776 unique visitors!
This huge targeted San Diego real estate traffic is what differentiates this site from the vast majority of other local San Diego real estate websites! This type of traffic gives a tremendous boost to anyone of my listings that are always posted here not only with photos but also with a video, because they are exposed to this kind of interested San Diego real estate visitor!
Sure, other national real estate sites probably get much more traffic than www.brokerforyou.com, but, I doubt that they get more San Diego directed traffic than we do! As a seller of San Diego real estate property, keep in mind that people looking for real estate information and properties in New York and New Jersey will be of no benefit to you.
So, how does our traffic back up again so I will other local San Diego real estate sites and blogs? Let’s take a look at an Encinitas real estate site and then will take a look at a Point Loma real estate site to see how their October traffic compared to broker for you.com:www.brokerforyou.com:
So, www.brokerforyou.com for October 2015 generated over 50 times more unique traffic than either the Encinitas or Point Loma real estate sites above. If you were as San Diego home seller where would you want your property posted, to gain the best exposure?
Personally, I doubt that there is any other local San Diego real estate site that generates anywhere near the monthly unique traffic that www.brokerforyou.com broker for you generates!
The amount of traffic seen by a web site is a measure of its popularity. By analysing the statistics of visitors it is possible to see shortcomings of the site and look to improve those areas
Wow . . . great stats!
Okay, how about some tips on how to increase targeted real estate buyers and sellers to my site?
Web traffic can be increased not only by attracting more visitors to a site, but also by encouraging individual visitors to “linger” on the site, viewing many pages in a visit.
If a web page is not listed in the first pages of any search, the odds of someone finding it diminishes greatly (especially if there is other competition on the first page). Very few people go past the first page, and the percentage that go to subsequent pages is substantially lower. Consequently, getting proper placement on search engines, a practice known as SEO, is as important as the web site itself. *See:
