San Diego home salesHome sales across a six-county area of Southern California hit a 14-year low for June, with San Bernardino and Riverside counties leading a pronounced decline in sales of entry-level homes, according to La Jolla based DataQuick. June saw a 36.2 drop in sales in San Bernardino Riverside, Los Angeles, San Diego, Orange and Ventura counties. Home sales in the region have fallen on an annual basis for 21 consecutive months.
